1. No Return Policy

2. No Refund After Delivery
We do not offer refunds for delivered products under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your request, please provide:

- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the outer packaging
- Unboxing video (recommended)
After verification, we may provide a replacement for the affected item.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
5. Refused Deliveries
